CHECKOUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Checkout Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with TensorHost Ltd ("TensorHost", "we", "us").

By completing checkout, submitting an order, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. Governing Terms

1.1 This checkout constitutes acceptance of:

  • these Checkout Terms and Conditions; and
  • the applicable service-specific Terms and Conditions, policies, or agreements referenced at the time of purchase.

1.2 In the event of any conflict, the relevant service-specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail over these Checkout Terms.

2. Pricing and Taxes

2.1 All prices shown are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.2 You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or withholding requirements imposed by your local jurisdiction. Any required withholding shall not reduce the amount payable to TensorHost.

3. Payment

3.1 Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 3 business days from the invoice date.

3.2 Late payments may result in:

  • suspension of services; and/or
  • interest charged at 30% per annum on overdue amounts, calculated daily.

4. Order Processing

4.1 Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by TensorHost. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

4.2 Delivery dates, provisioning times, and availability are estimates only unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Limitation

5.1 TensorHost provides services on a reasonable-efforts basis. No guarantees, service levels, or warranties apply except as expressly set out in the applicable service-specific Terms and Conditions.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Checkout Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

6.2 Any disputes arising from checkout or payment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
