Current hosted email is a managed service and is not end-to-end or zero-knowledge encrypted. Authorised systems and administrators can technically process message content. Encrypted mail is separate technology in development and not available at signup.
The facility holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS (Req 9 + 12), GDPR (processor) and PIPEDA. These certifications are held by the facility, not by TensorHost. TensorHost operates as a data processor within that environment.
We operate in a Tier 3 datacenter with redundant power and cooling. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA or a guaranteed response time.
