For cloud storage and business email, if you turn on zero-knowledge at signup, no. They're encrypted with keys we don't hold, so we can't read your files or mail, can't produce readable copies to anyone who demands them, and can't inject code to surveil what you store. If we're compelled by law to hand over your data, there's nothing on our side left to decrypt.
The facility holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS (Req 9 + 12), GDPR (processor) and PIPEDA. These certifications are held by the facility, not by TensorHost. TensorHost operates as a data processor within that environment.
We operate in a Tier 3 datacenter with redundant power and cooling. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA or a guaranteed response time.
GPU compute is live. Pricing is fixed hourly, per GPU: RTX 5090 at $0.50 / GPU-hr, no minimums, no surprise egress. Larger cards (H200 NVL, RTX 6000 PRO, L40S) are available on request as the fleet expands. Contact us to provision a node.
