Default limits: 2,000 emails per organisation per day, 100 recipients per message, 25 MB attachments, IMAP concurrency up to 20, mailbox creation up to 10 per day. We can raise limits after a quick review or provision a dedicated IP. Prices exclude VAT.

Fair Use & Deliverability

Deliverability first

Outbound rate limits and per destination pacing keep your org off blocklists. We prioritise reliability over raw bandwidth.



Anti abuse controls

Auto clamp if bounce rate goes over 5 percent in 24 hours or complaints exceed 0.1 percent. KYC required to lift limits.




Security by default

Mandatory TLS, DKIM signing, DMARC alignment and optional S/MIME on Enterprise. Admin audit logs available.




Clear AUP

Bulk marketing: Only on Enterprise with dedicated IP + warm-up. Not on Team (without review). Reasonable personal use allowed; we’ll reach out before any action.
